- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
- You must not have used more than 50% of your allocated resources

Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider before contacting us, you agree that we may suspend all services until the dispute is resolved.
You may cancel your service at any time, but no refund will be given for partial months of service.
