GGNodes does not allow the use of its services for unauthorized cryptocurrency mining. Any activity involving mining, crypto-mining pools, or similar resource-intensive operations without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

After purchasing a server from GGNodes, you are not permitted to resell, transfer, or reassign the server to another party. Any attempt to sell or transfer ownership will result in suspension or termination of your service without refund. If you Dont Have GG+/GG++

You are not allowed to install or host applications that violate our policies. This includes, but is not limited to, applications such as Twitter clones, spam bots, phishing tools, malware, crypto miners, torrenting software, illegal streaming services, or any application that can cause abuse, security risks, or excessive resource usage.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your VPS without refund.

Sending bulk spam emails or running abusive scripts is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your service.

Any attempt to launch, participate in, or support Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

No websites, applications, or services designed for scams, phishing, or fraudulent activities are allowed. Violations will lead to permanent suspension of your services.

Lifetime Servers – All lifetime servers are offered as-is and may be suspended or terminated at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these ToS or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

GGNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
